Tidligere udgaver har inkluderet fuld modning på Bourbon-, Port- og Sherryfade.

Batch 4 af Kilkerrans 8 Years Old Cask Strength Bourbon Cask Matured er aftappet ved 55,6%, modnet 100% på Bourbon fade.

Destilleriets smagenoter:

NOSE: A typically zesty introduction to this dram, there are notes of key lime pie, apple jelly, honey and vanilla.

PALATE: There is a creaminess on the palate, with notes of banoffee pie, vanilla custard and panna cotta.

FINISH: Sea salt and brine notes emerge in the finish, along with a gorse note.
